depth according to the stting; The cutting motion is stable, the vibration is small the speed is high; Can achieve square, rectangular, circular, iregular graphics ctting. The
equipment adopts industral computer as the main control system, which has strong anti-interference ability and low filure rate.
2. Visual automatic algnment system, automatic tool depth (tool adjustment) device,atomatically change the pressure of each cuting line according to the stting.
3. The arangement of the cuting line should fol low.
①The spacing between the ctting line and the ctting line should be greater than 2 to 3 times the thickness of the cut glass.
②The Angle between the tangent lines is preferably 90土15 degrees.
③Concave cuting to leave a good gass fragment exit open space, generally need to be more than 30° open.
④Convex radius thickness below 0.5mm R≥3mm, thickness above 0.5mm R≥5mm,products that meet these conditions wil get good results.s
4. The cutting position, conditions, MAKE of the algnment and cuting pressure of the glass can be read and saved.
5. Program input: CAD graphics import. The graphics are stored in the computer hard disk,and can be imported through the network cable or USB interface (CAD graphics file dataimport, the company only als CAD DXF format fles; CAD design software and editing
require user professionals to complete)
